Truck #1: Southwest and Midwest Delivery

Bob May will be leaving from Colusa on Sunday morning May 14th, headed south through the central valley in California before running I-40 through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. From Oklahoma he will head northeast to Indiana, traveling through Missouri and Illinois before reaching the Indianapolis region. He will be traveling straight through and can make drops to any points along the way. Bob is charging $150/hd. with possible volume discounts. Truck #2: Midwest and Ohio Delivery

Truck #3: Northwest Delivery

Moormans feed will be available for purchase at the sale

We will have Moormans feed available at the sale for purchase.  We feed and highly recommend Moormans feed and products. Colusa County Farm Supply is our local dealer, they are located at 5873 Freshwater Rd in Williams and can be reached at: (530) 473-2851. For those customers from out of the area looking to stock up on feed, Colusa Farm Supply's store will be open on Saturday and they have all Moormans feed in stock. We suggest stopping by Farm Supply on the way to the saleAdditionally, Bucke's Feed in Orland carries Moormans as well as Northern California Feed & Mineral, located at 1526 Hwy 45 in Glenn. In addition to Moorman's Feed, we also highly recommend the Choice of Champions line of products.  Amanda and Russell Pedrett will have a booth offering all of the COC Products: U Shield, Lung Aid, Super Joint, Super Derm, and Easy Does It, in addition to the best show pig whips money can buy. We highly suggest using Lung Aid and U Shield to promote and maintain the general health of your show pigs following the stress of transport, in particular with the lack of beneficial antibiotics in feed this year.

  • Starting the sale off with a big bang!! This one gets us as excited as any prospect we've sold all spring -- and that's saying alot!
  • We almost cried when we were sorting for the sale and discovered this rascal has a retained testicle. If he didn't he would be in the herd boar pen in a New York minute! He will sell as-is, and his testicle is visible in his flank.
  • This one's momma is the famous "Fancy" (Hillbilly Bone x Madea- Rock Solid) sow we purchased from H2 Farms that we lost in a tragic accident shortly after weaning this litter. She's farrowed two incredible litters for us here in which we have retained all of her daughters. As tremendous as this barrow's mates and half sibs have been, he is the best individual that "Fancy" produced -- nuff said!

All awards are to be used for buying credit only, through either our farm sales or online auctions. Buying credit may not be used for private treaty purchases.
Winning animal must have been purchased from Ottenwalter Show Pigs.
A color photo from the show, preferably in front of the backdrop is required. Please email all photos to russellpedrett@gmail.com.
Pig identification (ear notch) of winner must match the identification of said pig when purchased.
Eligibility is based on livestock project being associated with a youth or junior show
Jackpot & prospect shows do not qualify.
