- Special thanks to our good friend Kyle Hicks for selling us Back to the Future and Hands to Yourself. Kyle is a great hog man and he knows the value of these boars in our program where we have the numbers and genetic make-up to use these guys to their fullest and reap their genetic benefits.
- Back to the Future is one of the more impressive mature boars I’ve ever seen. On photo day we learned that he literally cannot fit in our hog cart on the farm — his shoulders are too wide. He’s got the most incredible forearm and center rib laid into him that we’ve seen and he’s a big backed boar with tons of natural power. His look is incredible, pasterns are perfect, and hind leg is ideal. His hair is thick. dark, and beautiful and he’s got an awesome attitude.
- Old school pedigree brings us back to the basics! He is a DIRECT Outta Hand son and he’s got Hillbilly Bone, Fatal, Super Monster, and Warfare all close up on the bottom side which is essentially a listing of the best sires of this last decade. He will be used to sire females here in Colusa but no doubt the way this rascal is made there will be some elite barrows as well.
